PI Standard

It is mostly used for working clothes and in general, non- stretch clothes( with a very low degree of flexibility). The common materials which are suitable for this type of quality are: cotton, cotton rich( e.g.: cotton with polyester), polyester, beaver nylon.

The PI Standard transfer quality has the following characteristics:

• Washable at high temperatures: maximum 95° C;
• Suitable for ironing;
• Sealing time between 10 and 12 seconds;
• Pressure per plate according to the size of the plate.

The pressure used during sealing process varies in the same proportion for all sealing types.

These properties make the PI Standard ideal for sealing on industrial clothing.

Please note!

1. The general recommended sealing conditions depend on the machine you use and the fabric to be sealed on.

2. A sealing testing session is highly recommended in order to establish the exact condition levels for every garment / machine.
