PI STRETCH CARE Developed with a soft 'handle' for next-to-the-skin applications, this state of the art transfer also has incredible durability and product performance. Its discrete comfort factor has allowed us become a major supplier in 'tagless' markets such as Intimate apparel, swimwear, sportswear and seamless garments etc. In general, the garments which need PI Stretch Care have in their composition a high content of polyester. The most common products in this line are care and content labels.
The general recommended sealing conditions for sealing on the ALTENA ARM 40 Heat Seal Machine are, Pick Up Program:
HOT release; Sealing time: 3 to 8 seconds; Sealing temperature: 170ºC to 180ºC; Sealing pressure: Medium/ Heavy, depending on the plate dimension;
Please note! The general recommended sealing conditions depend on the machine you use and the fabric to be sealed on. A sealing testing session is highly recommended in order to establish the exact condition levels for every garment / machine.
