PI TECH
This heat transfer type is used for technical clothes. The fabrics included here are also variations of nylon: Mascotex, Siopor, Rofatex, etc. It is absolutely necessary that all the materials are tested before starting the production. PI Tech can be identified by the code TECH which appears on the carrier; this code will not be transferred on the garment.
The main characteristics are:
Washable at low temperature: maximum 40° C; Suitable for ironing; HOT release; Sealing temperature: between 140° C and 160° C; Sealing time varies between 4 and 8 seconds; A second sealing session can be necessary, depending on the fabric characteristics.
Please note! The general recommended sealing conditions depend on the machine you use and the fabrics to be sealed on. A sealing testing session is highly recommended in order to establish the exact condition levels for every garment/ machine.
